i'm still shocked. i had the pleasure of working with jeff for a few days in april of 2005. it was the week leading up to the grand re-opening of his bar in toronto. one of the highlights was ian gilliam? of deep purlple fame sitting in with healey and his backing band. they were all big kids and just tore it up! not my favorite genre of music, but the energy from that night did indeed translate to the recording! fun - wow! sweet player, sweeter person. that's what i'll remember

Wow, that's really too bad. I also saw him many years ago and was very impressed. Great player. Probably the only thing memorable from the Patrick Swayze tour de force "Roadhouse".
